The Lodge at Hickory Run is committed to your safety and a stress-free stay. We kindly ask you to take the time to review our terms and conditions prior to your booking. Please reach out to mgmt@tlhr.com with any questions or concerns!

Reservation Policy:

  • Our rates and fees are subject to change based on demand and availability. All reservations and fees do not reflect Pennsylvania's 6% state occupancy and 3% county taxes to be applied.
  • A valid ID matching the name on the reservation, as well as a valid method of payment, is required upon check-in to authorize and hold payment for the entire value of your stay. Please add an additional name under the "company" section of the booking should your guest arrive first. In these situations, a credit card authorization form must be completed, or the guest will be required to physically provide their method of payment. We will not allow access to the room if these requirements are not met, and a cancellation fee may apply. Gift cards and cash may be used as payment upon the time of your departure, but are not considered a valid method of payment upon check-in.
  • An incidental hold of $100 per night applies to every reservation. Credit card holds are released between 1-3 days after check-out. 
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to book a reservation. Those under 18 years of age are not authorized to be in the room without the company of an adult to ensure the satisfaction and safety of all our guests. Fees may apply if these guidelines are not followed.
  • All of our rooms are designed for double occupancy with a single king bed. No more than three persons total per room. We have cribs and cot beds available on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask you to contact us at the time of your booking so we may gauge our availability to best host all our guests. A $25 fee applies to reservations with over two guests to mirror the additional food and supplies to be provided in the room. This fee will not apply to children younger than two years old. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit their payments. 


Cancellation Policy: Due to the small size of our property, our cancellation policy is very strictly enforced. Please carefully observe the following, as charges may apply

  • 100% of the booking fee is due at the time of booking.
  • If the reservation is cancelled 14 calendar days or more in advance of the reservation, you will receive a full refund. 
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 8-13 days of the reservation, you will receive a 50% refund and a 50% property credit to apply to a future stay, within 12 months of the original booking date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 1-7 days of the reservation, you will receive a 100% property credit to apply to a future stay, within 12 months of the original booking date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled on the day of the reservation, you will receive a 100% property credit to apply to a future stay, within 12 months of the original booking date.


Check-In and Check-Out:

  • We can't wait to welcome you! Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and when it is time to say our farewells, our check-out time is at 11:00 a.m (EST). If you need additional accommodations, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate all guests based on availability.
  • The check-in and check-out location is at the Gate House, located between rooms 10+11. Keys to be distributed once all reservation policies have been met and a valid ID and method of payment have been provided.
  • Later checkouts may be accommodated based on availability, please speak with our staff. 
  • Need to stay an extra day? Please speak with a staff member for our availability and best rates!
  • A late check-out fee of at least $50 will apply if any persons or luggage is left in the room past 12:15 p.m., or otherwise arranged, to ensure cleanliness and timeliness for all our guests.


Pet Policy:
Our team must be notified of any pets at the time of booking, including service animals. A pet fee of $50 applies to all reservations with animals. 


Room Policy:
Make yourself at home during your stay with us! We take pride in our property, rooms, and decor. Please let us know if anything is wrong, and we will happily investigate. No problem is too big or too small.

  • We are dedicated to providing a relaxing stay for all of our guests, no matter what 'relaxing' looks like to you. With this in mind, we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. EST to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
  • A detailed inspection of the room is made prior to and after your stay with us. Should any damage be found to the room, we reserve the right to charge for any broken items, destruction of property, smoking odors, or significant additional cleaning to cover repair costs and/or loss of revenue.


Smoking and Vaping:

  • Any evidence of smoking or vaping in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee
  • Any evidence of burning candles, incense, or other items will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. 


Parking:

  • The Lodge at Hickory Run is not liable for any vehicle damage, accident, loss, or theft. Parking lot accommodations are designated for our guests. 
  • The Lodge at Hickory Run reserves the right to deny parking for vehicles larger than 25 feet. Please call with any questions or concerns, as we will certainly assist with other options.


Lost and Found:

  • The Lodge at Hickory Run and its employees is not responsible for any lost or missing items. 
  • Please see the front desk to complete a form for any lost or missing items so we can do our best to reunite you with your missing item.
